In This New Chapter

Life is really intense in this chapter of my life.  Fortunately, when I am finished with my orientation, I will be down to working just 2 nights a week.  While I am enjoying my work, I really miss my family.

When I come home at night, my children look happier and healthier than I ever realized.

One night they showed me their Lego cars and had a car race before going to bed.

Here’s what I often do after I get home before I go to bed.

After a heavy cardiac class, I was answering Andrew’s questions by drawing a visual (the heart and the path of the blood through it).

This evening we took a break from our routines and had our neighbors over for a hot dog roast while we burned up our stick pile.

This is just a little peek into our life at this time.

Playing the piano is a great way to relax after coming home from work! :)

Sally, I love you, I love your family, and I love those neighbors of yours! :) I’m trying to think of what I can do to lighten your load during this intense time. If you think of something before I do, PLEASE let me know. Otherwise, I’ll put on my thinking cap and see what I can come up with. :)
